海口泉涌水产冷冻加工有限公司是由海口东城综合开发公司和台商 刘浩文 先生合资成立的琼台合资企业，主要经营罗非鱼和海虾等水产品的速冻加工出口业务。公司投资 1380 万元人民币于 2000 年 1 月建成水产冷冻加工厂一座，制冷主机全部进口德国“百胜”设备，流水线、剥皮机和臭氧机为日本、台湾设备，是国内设备一流的水产冷冻加工企业。该厂设计年加工能力为罗非鱼 6160 吨，海虾 700 吨。公司利用海南丰富而无污染的海淡水资源和少有的热带气候，通过世界先进的冷冻设备和台湾领先的水产加工技术，为国际市场提供高品质的绿色食品。

　　工厂 2000 年 5 月开始试生产。聘请台湾水产加工专 家毛汶镒 先生对公司进行为期 8 个月的生产加工技术，生产管理，外销经营等方面的培训。严格按照 HACCP 体系及进口国的要求进行加工，工厂已获得 HACCP 证书，建立起 HACCP 和 SSOP 管理体系和质量保证体系。产品绝大部分销往韩国、美国、欧洲和日本，品质一流，从未发生过任何质量问题。目前，公司正筹备扩建海虾加工车间，将海虾年加工能力提高到 2700 吨。 2001 年来，公司连年被海南省政府定为水产加工龙头企业， 2002 年获海南省“农副产品运销大户贡献奖”。

  　Haikou Quanyong Aquatic Frozen & Processing Co. Ltd is one Qiong-Tai co-operative company founded by Haikou Dongcheng Integrated Development Company and Taiwan merchandiser Mr. Liu Haowen. The main business of our company is exporting of processed and frozen tilapia and shrimp. In January 2000, our aquatic frozen and processing plant was built with investment of 13.8 million RMB. It was equipped with freezing machines all imported from German (“Best” brand), with skinners, processing line and O 3 generators imported from Japan and Taiwan . It is the first-grade aquatic processing plant in China mainland.
　　 The designed year processing capacity of our plant is 6160 tons of tilapia and 700 tons of shrimp. With the plenty and unpolluted aquatic and marine resources in Hainan province, which has the only tropical climate in China, and with our advanced freezing equipments and leading aquatic processing technique from Taiwan, we can supply the most high quality seafood for international market.
　　 We invited Taiwan aquatic processing expert Mr. Mao Wenyi to give our staff full 8 months training in processing technique, production management and exporting activity when we started production in May 2000. Our products are processed strictly in conformance with HACCP system and requirements of importing countries. The plant has obtained HACCP certificate and set up SSOP management and QA systems. Most of our products have sold to USA , Japan and Korea . There was no quality problem in the history of our business.
　　 Now we are planning building one new shrimp processing workshop, which will promote our shrimp year processing capacity to 2700 tons.
　　 In year 2001, our company was conferred “Leading Aquatic Processing Enterprise” by Hainan province. In year 2002, our company was conferred “Major Product Transportation and Selling Operator Contributory Prize” by Hainan province.
